This entry-level position is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to daily retail operations, team leadership, and customer service strategies within a major supermarket setting. You will work closely with experienced store managers, gaining practical insights into merchandise management, sales analysis, staff coordination, and store presentation. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist store management in the daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support inventory management, stock rotation, and order placement to ensure product availability.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
• Learn and apply sales strategies, contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring under direct supervision.
• Participate in store meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and customer engagement.
