Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented English Speaking Legal Consultant to join our dynamic legal team in a hybrid work model. This role offers the opportunity to advise multinational clients on a wide range of Swiss and international legal matters, with a focus on corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with other legal and tax professionals, providing strategic insights and practical solutions. The hybrid setup allows for a flexible balance between working from our modern Oerlikon office and remote work.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Provide expert legal advice to clients on Swiss corporate law, commercial contracts, and various regulatory frameworks.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including service agreements, distribution agreements, and corporate resolutions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client projects and internal initiatives.
• Assist clients with company formation, corporate governance, and restructuring activities.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across tax, advisory, and audit services to deliver integrated solutions.
• Stay abreast of legal and regulatory developments in Switzerland and internationally relevant to our clients.
• Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to clients and colleagues.
• Support business development efforts by identifying client needs and contributing to proposals.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Law degree from a recognized university (MLaw or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (C1/C2 level).
• Solid understanding of Swiss corporate law and contract law.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Admission to the Swiss Bar or an equivalent foreign bar.
• Fluency in German or French.
• Experience in cross-border transactions or international legal projects.
• Prior experience in a consulting environment.
• Knowledge of data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, FADP).
