Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Corn Field Workers to join our agricultural team in Frauenkirchen, Burgenland. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are committed to contributing to vital crop production. We welcome applicants who speak English, as we value diversity and clear communication in our teams. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will be an essential part of our corn cultivation cycle, from planting to harvest, ensuring the health and productivity of our fields.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Perform manual tasks related to corn cultivation, including planting, weeding, and thinning.
- Assist with irrigation systems and ensure proper water distribution to crops.
- Monitor fields for pests, diseases, and other issues, reporting observations to supervisors.
- Operate or assist with the operation of basic farm machinery and tools, following safety guidelines.
- Participate in corn harvesting activities, which may involve manual labor or machine support.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fields, tools, and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in English for effective communication.

- Previous experience in agricultural labor or outdoor manual work.
- Familiarity with basic farm equipment.
- Knowledge of basic German is an advantage but not required.
- Valid Class B driver's license.
