We are seeking a proactive and creative English Speaking Employer Branding Lead to join our dynamic HR team in Traun, Upper Austria. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and optimizing our employer branding strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent across Austria and beyond. You will be responsible for showcasing Siemens Austria as an employer of choice through compelling storytelling, innovative campaigns, and strategic content creation. This position requires a strong command of English, strategic thinking, and a passion for shaping an authentic and attractive employer brand.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with Siemens' global brand and local talent acquisition goals.
- Manage and enhance our digital employer brand presence across various platforms, including career websites, social media channels, and professional networks.
- Create compelling and authentic content (e.g., articles, videos, testimonials, social media posts) in English to highlight our culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Internal Communications teams to ensure brand consistency and effective campaign rollout.
- Organize and represent Siemens Austria at career fairs, university events, and other talent engagement initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on employer branding campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Identify and leverage trends in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent attraction to maintain a competitive edge.
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive employer image among current and prospective employees.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proven experience (5+ years) in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field, preferably in an international setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong ability to craft engaging narratives.
- Demonstrable experience with content creation, social media management, and digital marketing tools for employer branding purposes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously from conception to completion.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across various departments and seniority levels.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Experience working within a large multinational corporation or a technology/industrial sector company.
- Basic knowledge of German is a plus, although not required for day-to-day work.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) platforms.
