Join our team as a Strawberry Picker in the beautiful region of Geneva, Switzerland! We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to help us harvest delicious strawberries during the peak season. This is a temporary, on-site position ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and contributing to the fresh food supply chain. English speakers are warmly welcomed to apply.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Carefully pick ripe strawberries by hand, ensuring minimal damage to fruit and plants.
- Sort and pack picked strawberries according to quality standards and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in the fields.
- Follow all safety procedures and farm protocols.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily harvesting targets.
- Report any issues with crop quality or plant health to supervisors.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of English for communication (as English Welcome is in title).
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Previous experience in agricultural work or fruit picking is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of basic plant care or horticulture.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak harvesting periods.
