We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Recruiter – Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Austria, with a strong preference for candidates based in or near Innsbruck to foster local community engagement when desired. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for various departments across our European operations. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to offer management, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities that align with their career aspirations and our strategic goals.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and our internal ATS, to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events (virtual or in-person as applicable).
- Stay informed about recruiting trends, market conditions, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and best practices.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a large corporate or agency environment.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates using various online tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken).
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for engineering, IT, or manufacturing roles.
- Familiarity with Siemens' industry sectors and company culture.
- Certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., CIR, CDR, SHRM-CP, PHR).
