Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a 100% remote position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our affiliate marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. You will manage existing affiliate partnerships, identify and recruit new high-value affiliates, and analyze performance data to ensure maximum ROI. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the affiliate landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing successful affiliate programs.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-quality affiliate partners globally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates through regular communication and support.
- Negotiate commission structures and terms with affiliates to optimize profitability.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Manage affiliate reporting, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, legal) to create promotional materials and ensure compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new affiliate technologies.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager or similar role (minimum 3 years).
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing best practices, platforms, and tracking technologies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with CRM software and affiliate network platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the online travel or e-commerce industry.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
- Fluency in additional languages.
