Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cardboard Baler Operator to join our team in Simmering, Vienna. As a Cardboard Baler Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of baling equipment to process cardboard waste for recycling. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Fluency in English is required to ensure clear communication within our diverse team and with operational guidelines.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Operate cardboard baling machines safely and efficiently.
- Load cardboard and other recyclable materials into the baler.
- Monitor baler operations to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the baler and surrounding work area.
- Inspect baled materials for quality and proper compaction.
- Organize and stack finished bales in designated areas.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality control issues to management.
- Assist with other general warehouse or recycling duties as needed.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Fluency in English (verbal and written communication).
- Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for routine equipment checks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and punctuality.

- Previous experience operating baling equipment or similar industrial machinery.
- Forklift certification or experience operating a forklift.
