We are seeking enthusiastic and diligent Celery Pickers to join our agricultural team in Versoix. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and contributing to the production of fresh, healthy vegetables for the Swiss market. No prior experience is required, and we particularly welcome applicants who speak English. You will be an integral part of our harvesting process, ensuring our celery meets the highest standards of quality and freshness.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Carefully harvest celery stalks by hand, ensuring minimal damage to the plant.
• Sort and trim celery according to established quality standards.
• Package harvested celery into crates or other containers for transport.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the fields.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily harvesting targets.
• Report any quality issues or concerns to the team leader.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Capable of lifting and carrying moderate weights (e.g., crates of celery).
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of English for communication within the team.
