We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Ceramic Tile Sorter to join our team at our Offenbach distribution center. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the meticulous inspection and sorting of ceramic tiles, ensuring they meet our rigorous quality standards before dispatch. This is a hands-on position requiring physical stamina, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform thorough visual inspection of ceramic tiles for defects, chips, cracks, and color variations.
• Sort tiles according to type, size, color, and quality specifications.
• Safely load and unload ceramic tile boxes and pallets, manually or with equipment.
• Accurately count and record inventory, ensuring all sorted items are correctly documented.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle product imperfections.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and move heavy boxes (up to 20kg) repeatedly.
• Basic communication skills in English to understand instructions and communicate with colleagues.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or sorting role.
• Familiarity with ceramic tile products or building materials.
• Basic understanding of German language is a plus, but not required.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment.
