Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dairy Plant Assistant to join our production team in Jena. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in the food manufacturing industry. While German language skills are a plus, we specifically welcome candidates who are comfortable communicating and working primarily in English. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dairy processing lines, contributing to the production of delicious and safe dairy products. Full training will be provided.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Assist in the operation and monitoring of dairy processing machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, including cleaning and sterilizing equipment and work areas.
- Support packaging and labeling processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor production parameters and report any deviations or issues to supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized production environment.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.

- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 kg.
