We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced English Speaking Lean Manufacturing Expert to join our dynamic team in St. Moritz. This hybrid role demands an individual with a deep understanding of Lean principles and a proven track record of implementing successful Lean transformations within complex manufacturing environments. You will be instrumental in optimizing our production processes, eliminating waste, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and a hands-on leader capable of driving significant operational enhancements across various product lines and departments. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Lead the identification, analysis, and elimination of waste in manufacturing processes using Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Kanban).
- Develop, implement, and monitor Lean manufacturing strategies and initiatives across multiple production lines and departments.
- Coach, mentor, and train employees at all levels on Lean principles and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, quality, supply chain) to design and implement optimal workflows and process improvements.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Lean initiatives and report on progress to management.
- Conduct Gemba walks and hands-on problem-solving sessions to identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions.
- Champion change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging Lean methodologies to continuously enhance our operational capabilities.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Lean manufacturing implementation roles.
- Proven expertise in Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, JIT, TPM, and Kanban.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management and change management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Experience in a global manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in German or another local Swiss language.
- Experience with digital manufacturing tools and Industry 4.0 concepts.
