We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced English Speaking Lean Manufacturing Expert to join our dynamic team in St. Moritz. This hybrid role demands an individual with a deep understanding of Lean principles and a proven track record of implementing successful Lean transformations within complex manufacturing environments. You will be instrumental in optimizing our production processes, eliminating waste, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and a hands-on leader capable of driving significant operational enhancements across various product lines and departments. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead the identification, analysis, and elimination of waste in manufacturing processes using Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Kanban).
• Develop, implement, and monitor Lean manufacturing strategies and initiatives across multiple production lines and departments.
• Coach, mentor, and train employees at all levels on Lean principles and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, quality, supply chain) to design and implement optimal workflows and process improvements.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Lean initiatives and report on progress to management.
• Conduct Gemba walks and hands-on problem-solving sessions to identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions.
• Champion change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging Lean methodologies to continuously enhance our operational capabilities.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Lean manufacturing implementation roles.
• Proven expertise in Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, JIT, TPM, and Kanban.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management and change management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
