We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented English Speaking Supply Chain Planner to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient planning, forecasting, and inventory management. You will collaborate with various departments and international stakeholders to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct demand forecasting, inventory planning, and production scheduling.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize holding costs.
• Utilize advanced planning systems and tools to optimize supply chain processes.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on supply chain performance.
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with international stakeholders in English.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Planner or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience with lean methodologies or Six Sigma.
