We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Grant Writer to join our remote team. This crucial role will be instrumental in securing vital funding for our humanitarian projects worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching grant opportunities, writing compelling proposals, and managing grant reporting, all in English. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to life-saving work from anywhere.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Identify and research potential grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
• Write clear, concise, and persuasive grant proposals, applications, and letters of inquiry in English.
• Develop strong relationships with program managers and finance teams to gather necessary information for proposals and reports.
• Manage the grant submission process, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
• Prepare timely and accurate grant reports, demonstrating the impact of funded projects.
• Maintain an organized system for tracking grant opportunities, submissions, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with fundraising and communications teams to align messaging and strategy.
• Stay informed about current trends in grant funding and philanthropic giving.
• Assist in developing and refining grant-seeking strategies to maximize funding potential.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 4 years of professional grant writing experience, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven track record of securing significant grant funding.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to translate complex program information into compelling narrative.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with grant management software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
• Deep understanding of the non-profit funding landscape.
