Join BayWa AG as a Greenhouse Worker – Indoor Farming and become a vital part of our innovative agricultural team in Munich. In this hands-on role, you will contribute to the daily operations of our state-of-the-art indoor farming facilities, ensuring the optimal growth and health of our crops. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Monitor and maintain plant health, including watering, fertilizing, and pruning.
- Assist with planting, transplanting, and harvesting various crops.
- Operate and maintain specialized indoor farming equipment.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the greenhouse environment.
- Identify and report any signs of pests, diseases, or environmental issues.
- Follow strict protocols for hygiene and plant care to maintain product quality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
