Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Head of Growth with a strong background in Growth Hacking to lead our growth initiatives. This role is pivotal in accelerating user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue generation across our diverse product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of identifying and implementing creative, data-driven strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets. You will build and lead a cross-functional growth team, working closely with product, marketing, and engineering to discover new growth opportunities and optimize existing funnels.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, leveraging growth hacking methodologies across all stages of the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue).
  • Lead and mentor a team of growth specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify key growth levers and prioritize initiatives based on data analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence.
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, engineering, and sales teams to align growth efforts and implement solutions.
  • Manage the growth budget, allocate resources effectively, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth hacking and digital marketing.
  • Drive the adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance growth capabilities and efficiency.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a growth-focused role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing growth hacking strategies and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing platforms.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and German.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or a fast-paced technology industry.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
