We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Hop Harvesting Assistants for the upcoming seasonal harvest. This temporary role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the production of high-quality ingredients for one of Switzerland’s most cherished breweries. You will be involved in various stages of the hop harvest, working outdoors in a dynamic and supportive environment. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the manual picking and sorting of hops during harvest season.
• Operate basic farm machinery under supervision, if trained.
• Transport harvested hops to drying facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily harvesting targets.
• Perform other general farm duties as required.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Previous experience in agricultural work or seasonal harvesting.
• Familiarity with basic farm equipment.
