Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hybrid Technical Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Vienna. In this client-facing role, you will be the trusted advisor to our key enterprise customers, guiding them through their Salesforce journey and ensuring their continued success. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong relationship management skills to drive adoption, mitigate risks, and help customers achieve their strategic business objectives. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of in-office collaboration in our Hernals office and remote work flexibility.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic Salesforce customers.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their business needs, technical challenges, and future roadmap.
  • Conduct regular health checks, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions with customers.
  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, new features, and product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with internal Salesforce teams (e.g., Support, Engineering, Professional Services) to advocate for customer needs and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Identify potential risks and work proactively to prevent or mitigate them, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive adoption of Salesforce products and features by providing training, demonstrations, and strategic recommendations.
  • Support customers through major platform releases, upgrades, and migration projects.
  • Contribute to the development of internal best practices, tools, and processes for customer success.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or similar client-facing technical role.
  • Proven technical expertise with the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, enterprise architecture, and integration patterns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and customer relationships effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I).
  • Experience with enterprise-level project management methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, or other Salesforce development technologies.
  • Experience in consulting or professional services roles.
