BayWa AG is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Pea Field Laborers for the upcoming summer harvest season. You will be an essential part of our team, ensuring the timely and efficient collection of our pea crops. No prior experience is necessary; we provide all required training and equipment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Harvest peas manually or using specialized hand tools as directed.
• Sort and pack harvested peas according to quality standards.
• Operate and maintain basic farm equipment safely after receiving training.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and agricultural guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the fields.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily harvest targets.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
