We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Owner to join our Global Product Team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and overseeing the development of innovative products within our automotive and engineering technology portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers across the globe, you will translate strategic vision into actionable product requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet market needs and business objectives. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a designated product area within the global portfolio.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and the development team, ensuring alignment on product goals and requirements.
• Translate high-level product strategy into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic importance.
• Collaborate closely with agile development teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Measure and analyze product performance post-launch, using data to inform continuous improvement and future iterations.
• Facilitate product increment planning, sprint reviews, and other agile ceremonies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates and progress effectively.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to define clear, concise, and actionable product requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
• Experience with product backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
• Experience in the automotive, engineering technology, or software development industry.
• Familiarity with IoT, cloud platforms, or AI/ML concepts relevant to product development.
• Proficiency in German is a plus.
