This entry-level position offers comprehensive training in quality assurance processes, inspection techniques, and the use of precision measuring equipment. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Learn and apply standard quality inspection procedures for raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Conduct visual inspections and verify product specifications against engineering drawings and quality standards.
• Utilize various measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines) after training.
• Document inspection results accurately, noting any deviations or non-conformances.
• Assist senior quality inspectors with troubleshooting and root cause analysis of quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company quality policies.
• Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
• Basic understanding of mechanical components or manufacturing processes (can be learned on the job).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents or willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite) or willingness to learn.
• Reliability and punctuality for day shifts.
