Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Risk Analyst to join our growing team in Baden-Baden. This role is crucial for maintaining our strong risk management framework within the financial sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial markets, risk methodologies, and excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively with international teams and clients. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting on various financial risks, contributing directly to the bank’s stability and strategic decision-making.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Identify, measure, monitor, and report on market, credit, operational, and liquidity risks.
• Develop and implement risk models and tools to quantify financial exposures.
• Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to assess potential impacts on the bank's portfolio.
• Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive risk reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with various business units to ensure risk policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices in risk management.
• Provide analytical support for new product development and business initiatives from a risk perspective.
• Communicate complex risk concepts clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management within the financial sector.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SAS).
• In-depth understanding of financial products, markets, and risk methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, or PRM.
• Experience with risk management software and databases.
• Knowledge of German is a plus, but not required.
