You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending suitable destinations and packages, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and specific requirements.
- Research, recommend, and book flights, accommodations, tours, cruises, and other travel services.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel restrictions, visa requirements, and local customs.
- Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and supplier promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Utilize GDS (Global Distribution System) and other booking platforms effectively.

- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in using booking software and computer systems.
