Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our innovative remote start-up initiative within SAP. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the design of groundbreaking products from conception to launch in a fast-paced, agile environment. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, translating them into intuitive and engaging designs, and ensuring a seamless user experience across various platforms. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring user-centered solutions to life.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
• Translate user research findings, business requirements, and technical constraints into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design intuitive, elegant, and effective user interfaces that adhere to design best practices and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and technical feasibility.
• Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to create compelling wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise software design or complex web applications.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand technical constraints.
• Experience working in an agile or start-up environment.
• Knowledge of German language is a plus.
