We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Vanilla Bean Helper to join our production team in Graz. As a Vanilla Bean Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and readiness of our vanilla products, working closely with experienced team members. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Carefully inspect, sort, and grade vanilla beans according to quality standards.
• Assist with the curing, drying, and packaging processes of vanilla beans.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Operate basic machinery and tools used in vanilla bean processing.
• Monitor inventory levels of vanilla beans and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures diligently.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
• Good physical stamina, capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 15 kg.
