Are you a proactive and enthusiastic individual looking to kickstart your career in customer success? Dynatrace is seeking a Customer Success Intern to join our dynamic and globally distributed team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced software intelligence company, supporting our Customer Success Managers in delivering exceptional value to our customers. This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the chance to collaborate with colleagues from various locations.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with administrative and operational tasks related to customer accounts.
  • Help prepare materials for customer meetings, presentations, and workshops.
  • Support the customer onboarding process by organizing resources and follow-up activities.
  • Gather and organize customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate customer data within our CRM systems.
  • Contribute to internal projects aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Learn and apply best practices in customer success methodologies and product knowledge.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative remote work environment.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interest in customer success, account management, or the SaaS industry.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Basic proficiency with business software, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, volunteer work) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies or software monitoring solutions.
  • Ability to speak additional languages.
