Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our international team in Salzburg, Austria. This is an excellent opportunity for an English-speaking professional to support our Human Resources department within a leading global technology company. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring smooth HR operations, providing administrative support across various HR functions, and contributing to a positive employee experience. You will be a key point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts, managing new hire paperwork, and coordinating exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system (HRIS).
- Support payroll processes by collecting and verifying necessary information and liaising with the payroll department.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate HR-related meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication within our international team.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within Human Resources.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
- Knowledge of Austrian labor law is a plus.
- Ability to speak German is an advantage but not required.
