Stellenbeschreibung

As a Leasing Agent specializing in the International Market, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our portfolio of rental properties and connecting them with a diverse clientele from around the world. You will play a crucial role in fostering client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring a seamless leasing process from start to finish. Your expertise in international client relations and understanding of global real estate trends will be key to your success.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Proactively identify, attract, and secure new international clients seeking rental properties in Geneva and surrounding areas.
• Manage a portfolio of high-end rental properties, ensuring properties are accurately marketed and presented.
• Conduct professional property viewings for prospective international tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Advise clients on market conditions, rental values, and legal requirements for leasing in Switzerland.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions, preparing and finalizing lease agreements in compliance with local regulations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both property owners and international tenants.
• Coordinate with property management teams for property maintenance and tenant onboarding.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, client interactions, and property availability.
• Represent Engel & Völkers at international real estate events and networking functions as required.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Leasing Agent or similar role, preferably with exposure to international clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in French or German is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of the Geneva real estate market and Swiss tenancy law.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Valid Swiss driver's license and own transportation.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Mandarin, Spanish).
• Certified Real Estate Agent (Swiss Federal Diploma or equivalent).
• Experience with luxury property sales or rentals.
• Existing network of international clients or expatriate communities.
