Are you a proactive and ambitious student looking to gain hands-on experience in business development within a leading global consulting firm? Capgemini is seeking a motivated Working Student (Werkstudent) to join our Business Development team on a remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support our sales and growth initiatives, contributing directly to our market presence and client acquisition strategies. You will work closely with experienced professionals, learning the ropes of B2B sales cycles, market analysis, and client engagement in a fast-paced environment. This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility to balance your studies with meaningful work experience.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Support the Business Development team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
  • Assist with lead generation activities, including researching contact information and initial outreach.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and prospect data.
  • Support the organization and execution of client meetings, webinars, and other sales-related events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Solutions) to align on strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials and case studies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • A keen interest in consulting, technology, and business development.

  • Prior internship or working student experience in a business-related role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
