Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Investment Banking Associate to join our Capital Markets team in Gland. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a wide range of capital markets transactions, including equity and debt offerings, private placements, and other strategic financial advisory services. The Associate will play a critical role in all phases of transaction execution, working closely with senior bankers, clients, and legal counsel. This position requires strong quantitative skills, a solid understanding of financial markets, and a keen eye for detail.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the origination and execution of equity and debt capital markets transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, modeling, and valuation.
• Prepare detailed presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials for client meetings.
• Perform industry research, competitive analysis, and due diligence.
• Support senior bankers in client relationship management and business development efforts.
• Liaise with legal counsel, auditors, and other third parties involved in transactions.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts on project work and firm policies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Robust understanding of financial markets and capital structures.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• MBA or CFA designation preferred.
• Prior experience specifically within capital markets (ECM or DCM).
• Fluency in German or Italian is a plus.
• Experience with Bloomberg Terminal or other financial data platforms.
• Strong network within the Swiss financial industry.
